Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Manager in Finance & Enterprise Value to lead strategic transformation programmes, shape solutions, and manage large client delivery. The role requires Chartered Accountant credentials and proven leadership across finance processes, with responsibility for coaching teams and developing market offerings.

The role sits in a hybrid-capable team with flexible working and a focus on delivering value for major financial services, manufacturing, and technology sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and lead teams and deliver complex transformation projects.
• Experience leading finance transformation across multiple processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, T2F, Treasury).
• Clear track record of advising senior clients and driving business development across industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic transformation projects within Finance & Enterprise Value and across the wider team.
• Develop and present evidence-based insights and recommendations for client scrutiny.
• Coach, develop and performance-manage team members and drive career progression.
• Support growth of the practice and assigned offerings through leadership and sales activities.
