Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Managing Consultant or Senior Manager for the Finance & Enterprise Value practice. You will lead multi-year, multi-tower enterprise transformations, shaping CFO-grade business cases and outcome-based commercial models.

You will build value stories, oversee financial models, and drive client conversations while developing teams and generating business opportunities across Capgemini Invent's network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shaping and winning £10m+ multi-year, multi-tower transformations.
• Ability to build and lead teams with 6–8 years of delivery experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven capability to develop CFO-grade business cases and value-based models.
• Desirable: experience with AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the client-side value story for large multi-tower deals by quantifying value and shaping CFO-grade business cases.
• Support outcome-based models with KPIs, baselines, gainshare/risk-reward structures.
• Lead CFO-level value conversations by owning financial models and presenting investment narratives.
• Rigorous challenge of deal solutions to optimise measurable ROI.
• Develop and present practical, robust recommendations for client scrutiny.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members and support recruitment to grow the team.
