Job summary

Capgemini Invent, a transformation consulting practice within Capgemini, seeks a Senior Consultant to lead and deliver finance transformation projects across client organisations. The role focuses on value creation through strategic finance delivery, cost improvement and operating model changes.

You will guide teams, shape solutions with evidence-based insights, and build lasting client relationships while contributing to business development and capability growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong background in management consulting with ability to guide teams and mobilise workstreams.
• Experience in performance improvement techniques and finance value chain (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, T2F, Treasury).
• Ability to understand complex business challenges and shape evidence-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and deliver large, complex Operational Finance, Performance and Cost Improvement projects.
• Develop and present meaningful recommendations that are practical and robust.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor at all levels.
