Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Managing Consultant or Senior Manager for the Finance & Enterprise Value practice. You will engineer CFO-grade business cases and outcome-based models for £10m+ transformations, while leading client value narratives and cross-capability collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shaping £10m+ multi-year transformations.
• Leadership experience building and leading teams (6–8 years).
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management & communication.
• Execution & solution delivery for digital capability projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the client-side value story for large multi-tower deals.
• Lead CFO-level value conversations with financial models and ROI storytelling.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to ensure solutions maximize measurable ROI.
• Develop and present actionable, robust recommendations for client scrutiny.
• Drive business growth by pursuing new opportunities and mentoring teams.
