Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant or Senior Manager in Finance & Enterprise Value to lead high-value, multi-year transformations. You will shape CFO-grade business cases, design outcome-based models, and drive value conversations with senior clients across Capgemini's Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a proven track record in securing £10m+ engagements.

Qualifications

Proven experience shaping and winning £10m+ multi-year, multi-tower enterprise transformations, including CFO-grade business cases.
Leadership experience with 6-8 years of successful delivery across projects and teams.
Strategic thinking and problem solving with stakeholder management and clear, evidence-based communication.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of the client-side value story for large multi-tower deals and CFO-grade business cases.
Support the arrangement of outcome-based models and KPIs with gainshare/risk-reward structures.
Lead CFO-level value conversations by owning financial models and board-ready narratives.
Develop and present practical recommendations and robust solutions while challenging assumptions.
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Coach and develop team members and support recruitment to grow the practise.
Drive business growth by pursuing new opportunities through internal and external networks across Capgemini.
