Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Leeds is seeking a motivated MRICS surveyor to join our Valuation Advisory team. The role is suited to a recently qualified MRICS or with up to two years' post-qualification experience, delivering high-quality valuation advice to lenders, investors and developers.

You will work with experienced professionals, gain exposure to diverse instructions, build client relationships, and develop your technical expertise within a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified or recently qualified.
• Up to 2 years' post-qualification experience within commercial valuation.
• Experience preparing valuation reports for secured lending and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Undertake valuations for lending, financial reporting, acquisitions and disposals.
• Carry out property inspections and prepare valuation reports.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with professional communication.
• Collaborate with agency, capital markets, lease advisory and valuation teams nationally.
• Identify market trends and support advisory assignments.
