Qualifications

• MRICS qualified, ideally with RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Experience within commercial property valuation at Surveyor/Senior Surveyor or Associate level.
• Experience preparing valuation reports for secured lending, financial reporting and advisory purposes.
• Understanding of commercial property investment markets and valuation methodologies.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organisational and report-writing skills.
• Commercial awareness with client-facing confidence.
• Proven ability to manage valuation instructions and workloads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach to business development.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of valuation instructions from engagement to completion.
• Carry out property inspections and prepare valuation reports according to RICS Red Book.
• Provide valuation and advisory services across commercial property assets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with lenders, investors and developers.
• Work with agency, capital markets, lease advisory and valuation teams nationwide.
• Develop market knowledge and provide insight into market trends and movements.
• Support senior colleagues with business development and client pitches.
• Contribute to the development of junior team members and share knowledge.
• Ensure work is delivered to a high professional and compliance standard.
