Qualifications

• MRICS qualification with RICS Registered Valuer status preferred.
• Experience in commercial property valuations at Surveyor/Senior Surveyor or Associate level.
• Strong report writing and numerical analysis skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for delivering valuation instructions from engagement to completion with oversight.
• Carry out property inspections and prepare valuations to Red Book standards.
• Provide valuations across secured lending, financial reporting and advisory work.
• Develop client relationships through professional communication and service delivery.
• Support business development and contribute to team growth.
