Dwelly is seeking an Operations Team Leader to manage a front-line lettings team across Tenant Find, Property Management and Payments. You will own daily delivery, coach a growing team, and drive efficiency while maintaining service quality across multiple Midland-area branches and our London hub.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in high-growth or high-volume settings, strong people leadership, and a track record of using data to improve operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-growth startup, scale-up, or tech-led operation.
• 1+ years leading front-line teams of 5+ people.
• Experience managing performance processes.
• Uses operational data to set priorities and diagnose problems.
• Works independently and makes decisions with incomplete information.
• Adopts new technology quickly and brings a team with them.

Responsibilities

• Own daily output across the Tenant Find/Property Management/Payments journey.
• Hit targets and manage daily/weekly metrics.
• Lead and develop the frontline team, conducting regular coaching and reviews.
• Ensure quality and customer experience across agencies.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new tech.
