Ideal candidates will have VAG experience, strong communication, and the ability to upsell warranties and service plans while coordinating with parts and aftersales to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, ideally with VAG or a premium brand.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and workshop teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, bookings, and records efficiently.
• Willingness to upsell appropriate warranties and service plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional greeting and clear communication on service or repair needs.
• Coordinate with workshop and technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Upsell products and services that benefit the customer, such as warranties and service plans.
• Create accurate job cards, maintain customer records, and prepare invoices.
• Coordinate with parts and aftersales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Address issues promptly, finding the best resolution for customer and dealership.
• Keep customers updated on service progress, costs, and timelines.
