Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide a warm, personalised experience throughout the car-buying journey.
• Follow the established sales process and comply with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
• Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and highlight key features and benefits.
• Pursue sales opportunities through follow-up with existing customers and new leads.
• Complete all sales paperwork accurately and communicate next steps including finance options.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up and post-purchase support.
• Assist with vehicle part-exchange appraisals in collaboration with sales management.
