Job summary

ISR Recruitment is supporting a UK IT consultancy to appoint a User Researcher for an initial 6-month contract. The role involves conducting user research and testing to understand needs, validate the product experience and identify improvement opportunities, with remote working available and outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and conducting user research in digital/tech environments.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative methods and synthesize findings.
• Experience turning research into actionable product recommendations and user stories.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, diary studies and usability testing to understand needs.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, BAs, Designers and engineers, sharing results clearly.
