Job summary

ISR Recruitment is seeking an experienced User Researcher for a 6-month contract to support an IT consultancy and a UK central government agency. The role involves conducting user research and testing to understand user needs, validate the product experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will translate findings into actionable recommendations, write user stories or product requirements, and collaborate with Product Managers, BAs, Designers and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in digital or technology environments.
• Experience designing and conducting user research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience communicating research to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and validate product experience.
