Job summary

ISR Recruitment is supporting an IT consultancy to appoint an experienced User Researcher on an initial 6-month contract. You will conduct user research and testing to understand user needs, validate the product experience and identify opportunities for improvement, working with Product Managers and design/tech teams.

• Proven experience designing and running user research in digital/tech contexts.
• Ability to design mixed-method studies and synthesize findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and validate product experience.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement based on findings.
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations and user stories.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Designers and engineers.
