Qualifications
- Experience designing and conducting user research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Able to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Able to translate feedback into user stories or product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, diary studies and usability testing to validate product experience.
- Analyse and synthesize research to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate findings clearly to Product Managers, BAs, Designers and technical teams.
