Job summary

ISR Recruitment supports an IT consultancy to appoint an experienced User Researcher for an initial 6‑month contract to aid development and enhancement of a healthcare product. You will conduct user research and testing to understand user needs, validate the product experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Designers and technical teams; translate findings into user stories or product requirements and communicate

Qualifications

• Experience designing and conducting user research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proven track record in digital or technology environments.
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and validate the product experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on research findings.
• Turn research into actionable recommendations and user stories/product requirements.
• Communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences and stakeholders.
