Job summary

ISR Recruitment is supporting an IT consultancy to appoint an experienced User Researcher for an initial 6-month contract. The role offers remote working and outside IR35, with market rates around £425 per day, for work on a healthcare product for a UK central government context.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital/tech environments, designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, and turning findings into actionable recommendations for product teams.

Qualifications

Experience designing and conducting user research in digital/tech environments.
Ability to use qualitative and quantitative methods.
Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Ability to create user stories or product requirements from research insights.
Strong stakeholder communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
Perform interviews, surveys, diary studies, and usability testing as appropriate.
Synthesize research findings into clear recommendations for product teams.
Communicate insights to Product Managers, Designers and engineers.
Translate user feedback into actionable product requirements.
