Connect2Hackney is seeking a Content Designer to join a multi-disciplinary agile team focused on making local government services simpler, clearer, and faster. You’ll design end-to-end user journeys, craft accessible content, and ensure the voice remains consistent across channels for Hackney residents.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional content designer experience.
• Proven experience of working in the public sector.
• Experience of working to user needs and with user researchers to develop user-centred content.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and review content at every stage of the user journey.
• Create end-to-end user journeys that dismantle complexity and ensure accessibility.
• Work with researchers and multi-disciplinary teams in an Agile environment to inform content decisions.
• Contribute to and champion style guides and content patterns across projects.
