Job summary

Norfolk County Council is seeking a customer-driven Digital Process Designer to join the Digital Customer Experience Team. You will design and map accessible web processes that meet best practice, business and technical requirements, working with stakeholders to enable customers to contact us, complete transactions and report issues.

Collaborate with developers, use analytics and user feedback to improve services, and support the digital transformation programme across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Designing, mapping and documenting digital processes that meet user needs
• Collaborating with developers to implement and test digital forms and workflows
• Using analytics and user feedback to continuously improve digital services
• Supporting the delivery of our digital transformation programme
• Integrating processes with Customer Service Hub, online payments, and other third-party systems where appropriate

Responsibilities
