We are looking for a customer-driven Digital Process Designer to join our dynamic Digital Customer Experience Team.

You will also work with colleagues to integrate processes with our Customer Service Hub, online payments, and other third-party systems where appropriate.

We work with colleagues across the whole organisation, so you'll be motivated, personable and comfortable working with IT colleagues and suppliers on delivering solutions, as well as subject matter experts in services and customers, to influence digital transformation and channel shift.

Interviews will use video technology, and you will have the opportunity to discuss these working arrangements.
