User Acquisition Manager - F2P mobile games

Hybrid in London office - 2 days per week

We are working with a client seeking a User Acquisition Manager to lead paid marketing efforts for their mobile games. The role involves managing high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms to acquire new players and grow profitably. Collaboration with product, analytics, and marketing teams is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across various channels
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs like CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention
  • Manage channel budgets to ensure efficient spend
  • Work with creative teams to test and improve ad creatives
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on UA experience in mobile gaming
  • Proven success in managing performance campaigns at scale
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, dashboards, or SQL
  • Experience with casual mobile games
  • Experience with cross-promotions, monetization, and live ops teams
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adjust and Appsflyer
