User Acquisition Manager - F2P mobile games

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to lead paid marketing efforts for mobile games. You will manage campaigns across multiple platforms to acquire new players and grow the user base profitably. The role involves collaboration with product, analytics, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs like CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention
  • Manage channel budgets to ensure efficient spending
  • Work with creative teams to test and improve ad creatives

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on UA experience in mobile gaming
  • Proven success in managing large-scale performance campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, dashboards, or SQL
  • Experience with casual mobile games
  • Knowledge of cross-promotions, monetization, and live ops teams
  • Experience with analytics tools like Adjust and Appsflyer
