Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social UA Manager to lead growth across Meta, TikTok, and emerging paid social platforms. You’ll own performance from creative testing to budget scaling, blending data-driven thinking with a sharp eye for creatives that convert. You’ll work closely with ASO, creative, and data teams to scale our UA campaigns.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. We move fast, and you’ll be expected to work with autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale Paid Social UA campaigns across Meta and TikTok, with full responsibility for strategy, execution, and performance.
- Develop and manage full-funnel campaigns — from creative testing and audience segmentation to budget planning and bidding optimization.
- Collaborate closely with ASO and creative teams to design and optimize Custom Product Pages (CPPs) that align with channel messaging and user intent.
- Launch and localize user acquisition campaigns for a global audience across multiple languages and regions.
- Take full ownership of creative development for Paid Social, from concept to production, working alongside our Creative Director to ensure a constant flow of high-performing assets.
- Oversee tracking and performance monitoring across both the MMP and back-end systems, ensuring campaigns are profitable.
- Share performance insights and creative learnings with the wider UA, ASO, and product teams to inform broader growth strategies.
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of your channels — including creative direction, campaign strategy, and performance analysis — with full autonomy and accountability.
- Stay on top of competitor trends and drive a steady stream of creative ideation and testing. A deep understanding of what makes creatives convert is essential to success in this role.
Requirements
- 3+ years running Paid Social campaigns at scale (ideally in mobile apps, survey/rewarded apps, or gaming).
- Proven track record optimizing for ROAS and/or downstream performance (not just CPI).
- Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Bonus: Experience with Unity, Applovin, Ironsource or programmatic DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills — you’re comfortable in Excel/Sheets, MMP dashboards, and cohort reporting.
- Experience working with creatives — from briefing and iteration to interpreting performance data.
- Practical, self-starter mindset. You’ll have ownership and are expected to move fast and deliver results.
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
