Job Description

This role involves managing the full asset lifecycle in East Sussex and Kent, including site identification, negotiation, acquisition, planning, construction support, and asset management. You will develop relationships with landlords, tenants, local authorities, agents, and developers, overseeing projects from concept to completion. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask are essential.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying and acquiring new sites for store expansion.
  2. Managing site inspections, development appraisals, and due diligence.
  3. Leading planning applications through to approval.
  4. Overseeing development projects and real estate management of assets.
Candidate Requirements
  • Degree (minimum 2:2), ideally in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in retail acquisitions, land buying, or commercial property.
  • MRICS qualification preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel UK-wide.
Additional Information
