Senior Land Manager

Reading

Are you keen to work for a market-leading house builder with a strong appetite to buy land? You'd be given a great deal of autonomy to source sites and bring them to the table for approval.

I'm working with a leading developer that has a strong appetite for new land. They are looking to add to the team with a Senior Land Manager who is proactive in meeting and cultivating relationships with agents and landowners, and in identifying great land acquisition opportunities.

With funds allocated for land acquisition, my client is well placed to execute deals and develop new sites. There is potential for progression within the next 12 months, as my client is keen for someone to grow within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with and developing relationships with agents and landowners.
• Identifying and securing new land acquisition opportunities.
• Driving deals through the acquisition process.
• Collaborating with the Land Director on existing opportunities and sites.
• Representing the company at networking events and functions.

On offer is a salary of circa £80k - £95k plus package.
