Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead one of the UK’s fastest-growing used car retailers. This hands-on leadership role owns store performance, customer experience, profitability and team development, with a focus on delivering exceptional buying experiences.

You will manage up to 14 sales executives/controllers, coach performance, coordinate finance deals and ensure FCA standards are met while driving growth and customer satisfaction across the business.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as a Car Sales Manager.
• Strong track record of delivering sales results.
• Experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
• Knowledge of finance products such as PCP and HP.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Must have car sales experience, particularly within used cars, independents or car supermarkets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of up to 14 sales executives and sales controllers.
• Run daily team briefings and drive sales performance.
• Coach colleagues through one-to-ones, training and side-by-side support.
• Manage finance deals, compliance and FCA standards.
• Oversee store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of targets, profitability and customer experience scores.
• Support customers through their buying journey and help close deals when needed.

We're recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead one of the UK's fastest-growing used car retail businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of store performance, customer experience, profitability and team development.

You’ll lead a team of Sales Controllers and Sales Executives, drive results, coach performance and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 14 sales executives and sales controllers
• Running daily team briefings and driving sales performance
• Coaching colleagues through one-to-ones, training and side-by-side support
• Managing finance deals, compliance and FCA standards
• Overseeing store operations and customer satisfaction
• Taking ownership of targets, profitability and customer experience scores
• Supporting customers through their buying journey and helping close deals when needed

What We're Looking For

Dealership opening hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 9am - 7pm
• Friday: 9am - 8pm
• Saturday: 9am - 6pm
• Sunday: 10am - 5pm
