Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Primary Care Centre Assistant (PCCA) to support NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours services across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. The role combines driving, reception and base duties, with a rolling 4-week rota and shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and occasional extra hours.

You will be the first contact at Treatment Centres, assist clinicians on shift, manage stock, and handle patient comfort checks in clinical and mobile settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinicians to patients' homes, perform vehicle checks and record medications used.
• Be first point of contact at Treatment Centres, support clinicians, and communicate with patients in person and by phone.
• Manage stock of medications and consumables, replenish car stock after shifts, and track expiry dates.
• Operate computer systems to maintain stock levels and ensure accurate records.
• Full training will be provided.
