Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Urgent Care is seeking a part-time Urgent Care Assistant to drive clinicians, manage reception duties at Treatment Centres, and support non-clinical operations across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath area. You will work on a 4-week rolling rota including weekends and overnight shifts, with DBS and driving license requirements.

Training provided and shifts include evenings and overnight periods.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points) is essential.
• Strong administration and receptionist capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinicians to patients safely and perform vehicle checks.
• Be first point of contact at Treatment Centres and support clinicians.
• Assist with stock management and medication/consumables handling.
• Provide compassionate care and welfare checks to patients.
