Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care seeks an Urgent Care Assistant to support driving, reception, and base duties across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset. Part-time, permanent with weekend and overnight shifts (23:00–08:00).

You'll provide non-clinical support to NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours services, working within a rolling 4-week rota with flexible delivery of patient care.

Qualifications

• Non-clinical support to clinicians and patients.
• Comfortable handling reception duties and basic admin tasks.
• Ability to assist with stock management and medication supplies.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and overnights.
• Full UK driving licence and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinicians to patient homes and conduct basic vehicle checks.
• Be first point of contact at treatment centres; assist clinicians while on shift.
• Maintain stock levels using computer systems and ensure expiry dates are monitored.
