Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care in Salisbury is seeking a part-time Urgent Care Assistant to support driving, reception and base duties across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset.

You will work a varied rota with evenings, weekends and overnight shifts, joining an integrated urgent care team delivering NHS 111 and GP Out-of-Hours services. A full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving and frontline reception
• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Comfort working in a healthcare setting and following procedures

Responsibilities

• Drive Clinicians to patients' homes and support vehicle checks
• Be the first point of contact at the Treatment Centre and assist clinicians
• Manage reception duties and patient communications, including welfare checks
