Job summary

HealthHero is recruiting two Urgent Care Assistants to support Integrated Urgent Care services across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset. The role combines driving, reception duties and base support within a 24/7, rotating rota.

You will work across Chippenham and other bases, with occasional extended hours to ensure service delivery. The role requires a full UK driving licence, comfort working in clinical and mobile settings, and a flexible approach to shifts including evenings

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Ability to work across clinical and mobile environments.
• Flexibility to work evenings and overnights as per rota.
• Excellent communication and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinicians to patients' homes and assist with basic vehicle checks.
• Be the first point of contact at designated Treatment Centres and support clinicians on shift.
• Maintain stock levels and monitor medications/consumables across shifts.
• Operate across the driving, base and medication/stock management duties.
