HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Primary Care Centre Assistant (PCCA) to drive, receptionist, and base duties across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. The role involves a rolling 4-week rota with evenings, overnights, weekends, and some additional hours to meet service demand.

Training is provided, and a UK driving licence is essential. You will work in both clinical and mobile environments, supporting NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours services, while ensuring stock and medication are

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Excellent communication and administration skills.
• Flexible, organized, and personable with the ability to work in clinical/mobile environments.

Responsabilités

• Drive Clinicians to patients' homes, perform basic vehicle checks, and record medications used on shift.
• Be the first point of contact at Treatment Centres; support clinicians; communicate with patients in person and by phone; keep treatment centres tidy.
