Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking an Urgent Care Assistant for a part-time, permanent role to support Integrated Urgent Care services across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset. The role combines driving, reception duties and base responsibilities with a rolling 4-week rota and training provided.

Overnight shifts and weekend work are included, with a focus on patient care and operational support.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License is essential.
• Strong administration and communication skills.
• Ability to work in both clinical and mobile environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinicians to patient homes and assist with vehicle checks.
• Serve as first point of contact at treatment centres and support clinicians during shifts.
• Maintain stock levels of medications and consumables and assist with stock rotation.
