Qualifications

• Non-clinical support to clinicians and patients across urgent care services.
• Willingness to undertake varied duties including driving and front-desk tasks.
• Flexible with shifts including evenings and overnight periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinicians to patients' homes and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Act as first point of contact at treatment centres and manage reception tasks.
• Assist with stock management and ensure equipment and medications are tracked.
• Provide patient welfare checks and effective communication with patients and carers.
