Zusammenfassung

Madison Berkeley is seeking an SDM to lead a live urban development pipeline across East and Inner London. The role drives pre-lets, appraisals and business-plan updates for schemes up to £100m GDV, coordinating with project teams and external advisers.

A strong development background and stakeholder management are essential to succeed in this position. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office or on site and a collaborative technical team of around 16.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of delivering and securing pre-lets in Inner London or the wider industrial market.
• Strong commercial grounding and ability to lead project teams.
• Experience on larger or multi-site schemes with stakeholder-heavy or partnership-led projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of a pipeline of urban schemes (up to £100m GDV) from business plan through procurement, construction, letting and completion.
• Drive pre-let and forward-sale activity with live opportunities.
• Own appraisals, yield-on-cost papers and business-plan updates.
• Collaborate with project managers and external advisers; manage project teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with public-sector partners, local authorities and occupiers.
