Job summary

The role offers hybrid working with up to two days at home and potential Associate-level advancement for broader leadership and commercial capability. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver Stage 4 technical design with strong Revit delivery.
Qualifications
- ARB-registered Architect.
- Industrial & logistics experience (B2, B8 and E(g)(iii)).
- Strong technical delivery and construction-stage expertise.
- Advanced Revit capability.
- Confidence leading multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
- Ability to run projects independently from concept through completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead industrial and logistics projects across all RIBA stages.
- Primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage and mentor project teams.
- Deliver and coordinate high-quality Stage 4 technical design information.
- Guide projects through construction and handover.
- Hands-on Revit-led project delivery and coordination.
