Deverell Smith Ltd is seeking a Senior Development Manager / Development Director in London to drive development projects from acquisition through to handover. You will shape strategy, lead cross-functional teams and oversee external consultants across the full lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on management of budgets, programmes and milestones, with a focus on risk control and delivering schemes in line with business plans and approved timelines.

Competenze

• Cradle to grave development management experience across residential/mixed-use.
• Understanding of development appraisals, viability, planning, procurement and delivery.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to assess and manage development risk.

Mansioni

• Take overall responsibility for delivery of development projects from acquisition through to completion.
• Lead development strategy and manage projects through planning, design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Appoint and manage external professional teams including architects and consultants.
• Establish and manage project programmes, budgets and key milestones.
• Monitor project performance and implement actions to manage risk and maintain delivery.
