The Belfry Hotel & Resort is hiring a Food & Beverage Assistant. The role involves evening shifts and weekend work, providing attentive service and using your knowledge of our menus to enhance guest experiences. You will support across resort outlets to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Previous bar/restaurant experience is preferred, but training is provided. A friendly, proactive, and sales‑minded attitude helps you thrive in our welcoming team at The Belfry.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bar or restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to deliver a great guest experience.
• Natural in selling and enthusiastic in approach.

Responsibilities

• As a food and beverage assistant, duties include all those of a waiter.
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Deliver a memorable experience from start to finish.
• Confidently discuss menus with guests and take orders.
• Proactively ensure guests’ needs are met and maintain high hygiene standards.
