Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is hiring a Food & Beverage Assistant for Ryder Grill. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver a warm, memorable dining experience while working early mornings and weekend shifts.

Ideal candidates are friendly, engaging, and able to talk confidently about menus. No prior restaurant experience is required; full training is provided, with opportunities to progress and enjoy staff discounts, meals during shifts, and parking on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bar or restaurant is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, be proactive and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders efficiently.
• Deliver a great dining experience from start to finish.
• Confidently describe menus and daily specials.
• Take orders accurately and attend to guests’ needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and high hygiene standards.
• Support other outlets as needed to ensure smooth service.
