Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an UPS Technical Trainer to deliver product and procedural training for Vertiv and third‑party products to Vertiv staff and customers. Training is primarily at the Bedford Training facility, with some client-site delivery, using Vertiv Academy materials.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of UPS systems and standby power.
• Ability to travel to client sites may be required.
• Proven ability to develop training materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Vertiv Academy training to internal teams at Bedford facility.
• Develop future training materials and courses for non-covered topics.
• Deliver familiarization training to clients at client sites or Bedford facility.
• Develop and assist in new product reviews for internal teams.
• Keep accurate records of training completed and planned, plan 5–6 months ahead.
