Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Upper Extremity division in the United Kingdom. You will maintain existing business in key accounts and identify new opportunities, building strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff.

You will conduct product demonstrations and training in operating theatres, strive to exceed sales targets, and contribute to Stryker's mission to improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' sales experience within the healthcare market, preferably medical devices.
• Proven track record of success in sales roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Commercial acumen with knowledge of NHS procurement and theatre environments.
• Full, valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing business in key upper extremity accounts and develop new opportunities within the territory.
• Build relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement and finance professionals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff; cover cases in operating theatres.
