Job summary

Stryker, a world-leading medical technology company, is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager for the Upper Extremity team in the UK. You will maintain key accounts and develop new opportunities, building relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, including surgeons and theatre staff.

You will conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff and support operating theatre cases within your territory, contributing to Stryker’s growth and patient care improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Demonstrated track record of success in sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to build relationships.
• Commercial acumen with working knowledge of NHS and theatre environments.
• A full, valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing business in key upper extremity accounts.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the territory.
• Develop relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, and cover cases in operating theatres.
