Job summary

Stryker is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager for the Upper Extremity team in the United Kingdom. You will manage existing accounts and seek new opportunities, building relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, including surgeons and procurement staff.

You will conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, and may cover theatre cases in your territory. A strong track record in healthcare sales and a valid UK driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' sales experience within the healthcare market, preferably medical devices.
• Demonstrable track record of success in sales.
• Intrinsic motivation with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at building relationships.
• Commercial acumen, ideally with knowledge of the NHS and theatre environment.
• Alignment with company values – Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance.
• A full, valid UK driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing business in key upper extremity accounts and identify new sales opportunities in the territory.
