Empowered Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Logistics Customer Service Administrator to support a busy transport operation in Crick. You will act as a key contact for customers, depots and transport partners, handling enquiries by telephone and email and managing deliveries and collections.

The role requires experience with UPN (United Pallet Network) and a good understanding of palletised freight, depot operations and administration.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in logistics customer service or transport administration.
• Experience working with UPN (United Pallet Network).
• Knowledge of palletised freight and depot operations.

Aufgaben

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, depots and transport partners.
• Handle customer and depot enquiries by telephone and email.
• Manage delivery and collection queries efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with transport teams, depots and pallet network partners.
• Use UPN to manage and process transport and pallet network information.
• Track consignments and provide accurate delivery updates to customers.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues and customer queries.
• Complete transport administration and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure transport documentation and paperwork is completed correctly.
• Follow up on outstanding deliveries, collections and queries.
• Work closely with depots and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide a high level of customer service within a busy transport office.
