Orange Recruitment is seeking a part-time Financial Wellbeing Officer based at Cynon Linc, Aberdare, delivering person-centred financial support to unpaid carers across Rhondda Cynon Taf. The role is 21 hours per week, fixed term to 31 March 2029, pro rata for hours worked, with a pro-rata salary and full-time equivalent of £25,200.

You will provide tailored sessions, assist with benefit checks and grant applications, and work with partners to reach carers who may not identify themselves.

Qualifikationen

• Deliver 1:1 financial wellbeing sessions for unpaid carers.
• Assist with benefit entitlement checks and claim support.
• Help access hardship grants and practical support through Cynon Linc.

• Deliver personalised financial wellbeing sessions for unpaid carers.
• Carry out benefit entitlement checks and support access to benefits.
• Identify carers in hardship and coordinate micro-grants or in-kind support.
• Develop effective referral routes with ACM teams, Cynon Linc and local partners.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor outcomes and contribute to reports.
• Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection in all contacts.
