HC-One is seeking a Unit Manager tolead a designated part of a care home and uphold the highest standards of care. You will step in for the Home Manager when needed, coordinating staff and resources to ensure safe, dignified, person-centred support for residents.

You will bring proven leadership in a care home setting, a positive energy, and the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues while maintaining safeguarding responsibilities and ongoing staff

Formación

• Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and resident wellbeing.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for a specific part of the home and deliver the highest standard of care.
• Manage the home in the Home Manager or Deputy Manager's absence.
• Ensure resident dignity and wellbeing in all interactions.
