Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Unit Manager for a full-time role in a care home in Greater London. The position is 44 hours per week, daytime shifts, with responsibility for running a part of the home and stepping in for the Home Manager when needed.

You will lead a team, ensure compassionate, person-centred care, and uphold safeguarding and regulatory standards while delivering the very best resident experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a care home for vulnerable adults.
• Commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing.
• Safeguarding training and ability to report concerns as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily care home operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Maintain safety, dignity and wellbeing of residents at all times and supervise staff on shift.
• Act as Home Manager in absence of the Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager.
