HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to help ensure compassionate, person-centred care across the home. You’ll support the Home Manager, lead by example, and mentor colleagues to uphold high standards and excellent resident outcomes.

With knowledge of National Standards and a background in care planning, you’ll drive continuous improvement, maintain meaningful records, and champion kindness in every interaction with residents, families and the team at HC-One.

Qualifications

• Experience in person-led care planning within a care home.
• Strong knowledge of National Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach care staff.
• Compassionate, patient, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
• Coach and supervise colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote kindness and empathy in all interactions.
