Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a proactive Care Home Manager to provide stable leadership, guiding teams and residents through development and improvements. The role emphasises safeguarding, compassion, and person-centred care to ensure residents feel safe, valued, and well-supported.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, maintain supervision and feedback, and drive high-quality, evidence-based care across the home, ensuring positive experiences for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a care home or similar health/social care setting.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent leadership and a stable environment for residents and staff.
• Oversee quality of care across physical, emotional and social needs with compassion and respect.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team with supervision and ongoing development.
• Ensure safeguarding, governance, and evidence-based clinical oversight are in place.
