Qualifikationen

• Care home management experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience conducting risk assessments.
• Registered Manager qualifications or willingness to study for one.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
• Promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect.
• Carry out quality assurance monitoring to exceed regulatory standards.
